This is the nastiest growth i think you could ever have.
A 69-year old woman has a cutaneous horn growing from the anterior portion of the scalp over a period of 20 years. The 17 cm. long cornu cutaneum was excised surgically. Clinical photographs were taken before and after the operation. The photographic record was completed by a gross specimen photograph of surgical specimen and photomicrograph.
